Commission Policy

In most cases Phil does not do commissioned art.

Phil is willing to listen ideas and requests for art that coincide with his own artistic interests. If you're interested in a particular subject, just ask, and then Phil will be happy to notify you if and when a painting becomes available that meets your criteria. You would then have "Right of Refusal" as an alternative to commission. You will have the opportunity to purchase with no obligation to buy.
